How It Works

• After you contact us we will arrange an informal consultation either in person or over the phone to ensure that we have the full requirements for your function.


• We will then provide you with a quotation in writing.


• If this is acceptable we will then arrange a 20% deposit and confirm your booking.


• We will then require the rest of the payment to be paid in full 7 days before your event.

• To confirm your booking we need a 20% deposit. This is non refundable.

• On request we are happy to visit you at any location to discuss your wedding plans and offer our full consultation and expertise in our sector. This service will be complimentary on booking our services. However if a booking doesn't commence we will charge an industry standard fee for our loss of time, consultation and administration costs incurred.
